Arrival Upon arrival into Zurich Airport, you will be transferred to the Zurich Dolder Grand. The remainder of the day is at leisure. You may relax in the hotel and enjoy a massage or stroll around the city’s picturesque river and lake.

Zurich Today, you will meet Wine Sommelier Dani Calvi in his exclusive wine store in downtown Zurich. During your first encounter, Dani Calvi will introduce you to exclusive wines from the Piedmont and Tuscany wine region.Lunch will be served at Restaurant Bindella, in the company of Dani Calvi. The afternoon is at leisure.

Zurich - Ascona Following your check-out from Zurich Dolder Grand, you will take the scenic route over to Ascona. On the way, you will stop by St Gotthard to admire the spectacular views. Upon arrival in Ascona, check into your next accommodation, Eden Roc. The afternoon is at leisure. Art lovers will delight in the numerous museums that are present in Ascona. For dinner, you will join Dani Calvi at Seven, for a one-of-a kind culinary experience

Ascona - Piedmont Upon check-out, you will make your way to the best wineries in the Piedmont, Alba and Roero wine regions. En route, you will stop near Asti for lunch, and savour local delicacies, paired with fine wines. Your accommodation in Piedmont is Il Boscareto Resort & Spa which offers wonderful views of the numerous wineries in the vicinity. Dinner will be in the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, La Rei.

Piedmont – Il Boscareto Resort & Spa You will start off the morning with a visit to Gianfranco Alessandria’s winery, located in the Monforte d’Alba. Gianfranco Alessandria will welcome you personally and take you on a tour of his winery, followed by a wine tasting and a chat on how to correctly taste wines. Lunch will be served in Locanda nel Borgo, magnificently nestled in a vineyard. Continue on your wine tour of the region in the afternoon as you discover Poderi Aldo Conterno’s winery. The property vinifies exclusively its own grapes. Following a tour of the property with Poderi, you will sample his wines and learn more about wines in the Barolo region. Dinner at Osteria Veglio

Piedmont – Il Boscareto Resort & Spa Your last day in the Piedmont region will take you to two wineries: Cascina Val del Prete and Mauro Veglio. The first, Cascina Val del Prete, will provide you with an exclusive tour of his cellars, followed by a wine tasting. Lunch will be at Ristorant il Centro, run by the Cordero Family, which serves Piedmontaise specialties. After lunch, Dani Calvi will introduce you to Mauro Veglio’s winery, one of the most talented winemakers in Piedmont. A firm believer in creating natural wines, Mauro does not use chemical fertilizers of pesticides in his vineyards, making his wines more authentic. For your last dinner, you will experience a typical Piedmontaise dinner at Osteria La Morra.
