The Founder and Managing Director of the company- Radhika Khanijo Started Welgrow in 1997 with a vision to do something of her own. Entering the upcoming industry of global luxury travel she has now grown the company to 30+ employees and made a name for herself in the industry.

Head of Operations- With the company since its inception, Vikram Khanijo started out as an airline ticketing executive but has grown to become the company's head of operations. Vikram completed his education as a travel and tours degree.

HR and Marketing Lead- Joining the company recently, Ansh completed his education from the University of Toronto. He has experience in HR management and process development by working in a Digital Asset Trading Startup in Toronto. He also gained marketing experience by working for a public relations company in Delhi.

Senior Travel Designer: Travel and Tourism professional with 14 years experience assisting customers fulfill their domestic and international travel needs. Extensive knowledge of many of the top travel destinations and proficiency in the latest travel coordination and booking software. He is responsible for tailor making travel experiences for the highest level of clientele and the most discerning of travelers.

Head of Airline Travel: Starting his career with Welgrow in 2016, Mohit has grown through the ranks in the company. With his experience in Airline ticketing management he has now become the Head of Airline Travel leading the department in the company.

Branch Manager and Travel Designer: With 23 years of experience and working with Welgrow for 20 years, Pooja has been collaborating with clients to develop customized travel itineraries. Proficient in managing complex Holidays and negotiating with vendors to secure exclusive deals. She has also developed and implemented marketing strategies to promote travel services and generate leads.

Head of Accounts: With over 22 years of experience in accounting, Madhuri has worked with large-scale travel companies heading their finance department. She has been with Welgrow for 11 years leading her team of financial specialists to keep the company in check.

Visa Head: Starting out as an IT and Admin professional of the company, Jyoti has transformed into a visa specialist leading a team of visa executives at Welgrow. His hunger and commitment to learn more has seen him grow to a managerial position within the company structure.
