Tokyo You will meet with your English Speaking Guide at 9:00 am and leave by chartered car for excursion. First, you will also visit Rikugi-en garden - created in 1702 by Yanagisawa Yoshiyasu, daimyo and official of the fifth shogun and a cultured man of letters who designed it in 88 scenes inspired by Japanese poetry. You will then transfer to Nezu / Yanaka district where you can feel the olden time's Tokyo town. It's pleasant to stroll among temples and wooden houses surrounded by wild grasses. Your guide will show you the small streets of Asakusa, one of Tokyo oldest and well preserved districts where you can still feel the presence of Ancient Japan. Fuji, the tallest and most famous mountain in Japan attracting more than 200,000 climbers every year. Take a ropeway ride to Owakudani valley, the area around a crater created in the last eruption of Mt. Hakone, 3,000 year ago. You will smell sulfurous fumes, and see hot springs and rivers while walking around the area. Upon arrival on the other side of the mountain, take a lake cruise while enjoying the magnificent views of Mt.Fuji in the background. Look for reflections of the surrounding mountains in the lake surface. Lake Ashi was formed in the caldera of Mt.Hakone. You will first visit Umeda Sky Building Observatory - The Umeda Sky Building is the seventh- tallest building in Osaka City and one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. From the rooftop, the Floating Garden Observatory, you will enjoy an amazing view of the Osaka-Kobe Metropolis. Then transfer to Kaiyukan Aquarium, one of the largest aquariums in the world where not only children but adults are able to enjoy its wide variety of unique marine lives, including manta rays, turtles and the impressive whale sharks, swimming in the huge central tank. Start from Nara Park, a large pleasant park in the center of Nara. Commonly known as "Deer Park," it is home to hundreds of freely roaming deers, a symbol of the city and regarded as messengers of the gods in the Shinto Religion. The Nara Park houses several famous sights. Then followed by Kasugataisha Shrine, originally established in 768A.D. as the shrine of the powerful Fujiwara Family. See the magnificent interior famous for its numerous bronze hanging lanterns, as well as the many stone lanterns that lead up to the shrine. Move on to the gigantic Todaiji temple, reputedly the largest wooden buildings in the world and one of Japan's most famous and historically significant temples to be overwhelmed by the giant statue of Buddha Virocana. Finish your Nara tour in Naramachi, the former merchant district of Nara, which was not affected by bombings during the Second World War. First, you will go to Arashiyama district and take a relaxing stroll around the Bamboo Forests, designated as one of the three most beautiful bamboo forests in Japan. Here, the sound of the leaves rustling in the wind is nice to listen to and gives a peaceful atmosphere. From here, In the area, you can also stroll around by taking Rickshaw! (Pre-arranged) Transfer to the Golden Pavilion Kinkakuji temple, originally built in 1397 to serve as a retirement villa for Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu, whose grandson used the temple as the inspiration for the Silver Pavilion Ginkakuji temple. You will visit Toei Uzumasa Eigamura Movie Studio Park. It's known in the 1960's as "Hollywood of Japan". Toei, one of Japan's leading film companies has opened its sets to the public at Eiga Mura (Film Village) and the result is a theme park complete with samurai and ninja shows, geisha, arcades and souvenir shops. Day Trip to Hiroshima / Miyajima Around 7:30am, you will meet with English Speaking Guide and leave for Kyoto Station in a private chartered car. (Suggested Schedule) Bullet Train Nozomi #3 / Kyoto 8:30 - 10:05 Hiroshima Upon arrival at Hiroshima station, you will be transferred to private chartered car and leave for Hiroshima Excursion. Visit the A-Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Park & Museum. The A-bomb Dome is the skeletal remains of Hiroshima Prefecture Industrial Promotion Hall, situated just below the explosion point of the atomic bomb. It has become known to the world as a symbol of "No More Hiroshimas". The Peace Memorial Park and the museum are moving, yet educative and humbling moments, with sculptures and memorials from all over the world. Continue to the Hiroshimajo Castle also known as "carp castle". The exterior of its donjon was restored to the former condition in 1958. The exhibits explain the construction of the castle during the Edo Era and displays helmets and armors, used by feudal lords and warriors. Transfer to Miyajima Island - "Miyajima" means "shrine-island" in Japanese, referring to the island's cause of fame: the dramatic gate of Itsukushima shrine and red O-Torii gate, which appears to be floating on the water. People have felt divine power since the ancient times and the whole island was an object of their faith. Originally constructed in the 6th Century. Itsukushima Shrine and Otorii are sprawling work of ancient Japan. By 18:00, you will be back to Hiroshima Station and take a bullet train back to Kyoto.
