Clients will be collected by their personal Chauffeur at the Chauffeur’s Meeting Point at the Airport. They will assist with luggage and escort them to the nearby VIP Car Park.
All flights are checked in advance to ensure that any delays or early arrivals are facilitated, and the Chauffeur will always be there to meet the client. As a matter of course our Central Reservations will in turn relay this information to the client’s office.

These reservations will be confirmed back to you via email/fax with your drivers contact details so that you have them to hand when you arrive at your destination, we will also list the pick up point (these may vary at different airports) for your driver to meet you. All invoices will be issued within 48 hours of your booking having taken place, a copy of this invoice will be emailed/faxed through to you and the original will then be posted, all invoices are in EURO/ US Dollars.

We have considerable and thorough knowledge and experience providing and coordinating logistics for conference and events from 5 up to 1,000 delegates throughout India and other countries.
We understand the importance and the need for flexibility as requirements can change at a moment’s notice. With this in mind the on site coordinator will be in a position to amend bookings and schedules at any time as well as providing additional vehicles when required.
